Building of new kitchen including extensive underground drainage system, specialist hygienic floor, wall and ceiling finishes, extract and air conditioning systems and refrigerated cold room. Kitchen appliances and work stations supplied and installed by Gratte Brothers Catering Equipment Ltd. 14 week programme handed over 1 day early.
