Blackwell Projects have been approached and awarded the finishing contract for this prestigious refurbishment of the iconic former Dickens & Jones store on London's Regent Street. Works include an illuminated feature glass wall, and reception desk and screen to the reception area, ornamental fibrous plaster work and joinery to the grade two listed Board Room on the 5th floor, refurbishment of lanterns and stone facade cleaning to the external elevations. The building is partially occupied and within a busy pedestrian area so will require the site to operate 24 hour a day.
